When using our services, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our AI systems
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content

4Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in our services, including our AI models, software, designs, and documentation, remain the property of RGY Digital or our licensors.

You retain ownership of your data and content. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

Any custom AI solutions developed specifically for you will be subject to the intellectual property terms outlined in your service agreement.

5Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services include:

• Fees are as specified in your service agreement or proposal
• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by law
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes

6Service Level and Support

We commit to providing professional AI automation services with:

• 99.9% uptime for hosted solutions (excluding scheduled maintenance)
• Technical support during business hours
• Regular updates and improvements to AI models
• Data backup and recovery procedures
• Security measures to protect your data

7Data Protection and Security

We take data security seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect your information:

• Encryption of data in transit and at rest
• Regular security audits and assessments
• Compliance with relevant data protection regulations
• Strict access controls and authentication
• Incident response procedures

8Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• RGY Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based

9Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RGY Digital, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these terms
• Your use of our services
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Content you provide through our services

10Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement:

• Upon 30 days written notice
• Immediately for material breach that remains uncured after 15 days notice
• Immediately if the other party becomes insolvent or bankrupt

Upon termination, you must cease using our services and we will provide you with your data in a standard format.

11Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our services. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where RGY Digital is incorporated. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.

13Miscellaneous

• These terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties
• If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect
• Our failure to enforce any right shall not be deemed a waiver
• You may not assign these terms without our written consent
